About Anthony

Solves Issues with Creativity

I have gone through a divorce and understand the emotional turmoil and financial concern that you experience. I provide cost effective and client centered mediation to resolve family issues including divorce, alimony, child custody and support and property distribution. As your NJ family and divorce mediator, focusing in Monmouth County and Ocean County, I offer empathy to your situation and needs.

Focus Areas

Though additional areas of focus can be discussed in mediation, the ones listed tend to be the most contentious. The role of the mediator is to diffuse the emotions of each party and guide discussions in order to construct an agreement both parties can uphold post separation and divorce.

Separation & Divorce

Mediation is an option to avoid litigation and allows the parties to retain control. I facilitate the discussions, remain impartial, and help both parties explore options to reach a decision. No tentative agreement is signed until reviewed by independent cousel.

Spousal Support

Together we will tailor alimony solutions to the unique circumstances of each couple. This allows for a more equitable outcome, considering factors such as length of marriage, financial contributions and individual needs.

Child Custody

No matter what your personal situation is with the other parent, you need to remember that everything discussed during mediation is done with your child/children’s best interest in mind. So, anything that is not relevant to that should not be hashed out during mediation.

Child Support

With mediation, you and your co-parent work together to come to a child support agreement, but you have the guidance of a trained mediator there to facilitate the process.

High Net-worth

High net worth divorces often involve intricate financial matters. The mediator facilitates these discussions around these complexities and fosters a collaborative environment where both parties can inquire, express concerns, and negotiate equitably.

Court-Ordered

If you do not reach an agreement at your court-ordered mediation, the mediator must report to the court the fact that no agreement was reached. The confidentiality rules still apply. Even if you do not reach an agreement during the mediation, you may continue to try to settle your case after mediation.

What Our Clients Say

How It Works

Consultation

The process typically entails the mediator asking about the specifics of your issues. Then, there will be a mutual selection process in which both parties and the mediator decide to work together.

Strategize

The mediator meets with both parties at a neutral location where the both parties can discuss the issues and explore a variety of solutions.

Take Action

If an agreement is reached by both parties, the mediator will draft the acceptable terms of the agreement. Prior to signing, both parties are encouraged to have the agreement reviewed by independent counsel.
